Comprehensive assessment report (this is required for diagnostic assessment)
Assessment form fee included (e.g., CELF-P3, DEAP form)
All therapy sessions include 10-15-minute administration time to allow the speech pathologist to document and prepare for the following session.
One-on-one therapy session with the speech pathologist
If more than one assessment session is required, additional sessions will be charged at the standard hourly rate
e.g., NDIS reviews, paediatric review reports
Mobile sessions incur a travel fee. Travel to the service location (e.g., home or school visit) is charged at a maximum of 30 minutes each way. Your travel fee will be discussed prior to the visit.
